Over the last 12 months International Ceramics P/L
began a process of redesigning its corporate identity
throughout the community. It was decided to adopt a
fresh, clean and modern contemporary image which better
described the organization, and its acceptance of new
marketable mediums within the tile, building, and project
industries.
International Ceramics P/L is now represented by two
primary colours - an "energetic" red to symbolize
our enthusiasm to the quality products we supply, and
an "earthy" bone - to represent our products
connection with natural resources.
Design Guidelines
The following are guidelines for the reproduction
of the International Ceramics P/L logo - both in its
entirety, as well as when divided or separated for
design purposes. Please read below for stipulations
relating to the use of our corporate name and logo
within advertising (all mediums), marketing, promotion
or sponsorship.
> The International Ceramics P/L Logo is
only to be generated or represented using an approved
colour. > PMS 186 C is
always to be used as "red". > PMS 468 C is
always to be used as "bone". > PMS 186 C is
always to be used as the entire logo foreground colour
on "light" backgrounds.
> PMS 486 C is
always to be used as the entire logo foreground colour
on "dark" backgrounds.
> Whenever possible
the logo should be shown using PMS 468 C as the background
colour and PMS 186 C as the foreground
colour, or reversed dependent on design requirement.
> The International
Ceramics P/L Logo may be converted to grayscale for
use in facsimile transmissions only. > The International
Ceramics name should always be generated and represented
in design using lowercase Century
Gothic font only. It is always to be designed as regular
text format for its "international"
portion, and bold text format for its "ceramics"
portion. There is to be no non-breaking
space or regular space between each name. > No text that
appears within the International Ceramics is ever
to be represented as Italic. > The International
Ceramics "3 tile Logo" is to always to remain
proportional. Each individual tile
is to remain a proportional and equal square. Bisecting
lines are always to be created at
45 degrees. > The International
Ceramics name as appearing within the logo should
be centered, and always remain the
proportional length of the "3 tile Logo".
The International Ceramics name should
always appear below the "3 tile Logo" -
never above it. > The International
Ceramics "descriptor" of CERAMICS | PORCELAIN
| GLASS | STONE is always to be
represented below the International Ceramics name,
be centered, be equal to 80% of
the entire logo length, and be single space separated
using the character of "pipe" (

Design Stipulations &
Approvals
> The International
Ceramics logo and name are registered trademarks of
International Ceramics P/L, and
can only be used by licensed parties. > The trademark
may not be used in connection with the display, advertising
or promotion of products that do
not contain International Ceramics P/L products. > Licensees must
identify the logo as a trademark of International
Ceramics P/L. in the following format:
"International Ceramics Logo is a trademark of
International Ceramics P/L."
Location Guidelines
> Packaging
(print) - Display the International Ceramics logo
on the outermost front, back or sides
of the package. It may not be placed on the top or
bottom of the product. For product delivered
on CD-ROM, the logo must be visible on the outside
of the CD jewel case, either on
the front insert or the back tray liner. For product
delivered on floppy disk, the seal must
appear on the diskette holder or diskette label. Use
the logo artwork designated for Print.
The minimum height of the International Ceramics logo
is 1/2 inch, or no smaller than other,
similar logos on the package. > Software (splash
or credits screen) - Display the International Ceramics
logo on the splash screen, credits
screen, or similar location within the software product
for a minimum of four seconds. Use
the logo artwork designated for Screen. > Background
Usage - The logo may be placed on a screened background
as long as the logo is clearly visible. > Size Guidelines
(print) The minimum height of the International Ceramics
logo is 1/2 inch, or no smaller
than other, similar logos on the package. > Software (screen)
The logo artwork designated for screen use must maintain
its original size of 196 pixels
wide by 174 pixels tall.
