Company History

 

1985

From a small 35m² retail store and 60m² warehouse in North Strathfield, sydney - Australia, the Iunius family begin trading as International Ceramics™ Pty Ltd.

1987

Begin importing ceramics from Italy, enjoying exclusive distribution for the wholesale and retail market within New South Wales - the major growth state of Australia. International Ceramics™ begins representation for prestigious companies such as Marca Corona™, whilst warehouse storage increases to 180m² at Homebush, Sydney.  That site is now the current location of the Sydney Olympic Stadium.

1989

Relocate to new independent storage facility in Petersham, Sydney. This site now allows for 472m² of warehouse storage.

1995

Logistics moved to Croydon, Sydney. This move allowed for 600m² of showroom and administration facilities to be created, with an increase to 2300m² of warehousing capacity - all at a single location.

2001

Relocation to Silverwater, Sydney. This move allowed for a creation of 150m² of administration, 420m² of showroom and 9500m² of warehousing facilities.

2002

Begin the renovation of the Silverwater, Sydney site to increase administration facilities to 350m², and the showroom to 820m².

2003

International Ceramics™ currently accommodate for the wholesale and retail ceramics market throughout New South Wales.  Current import capacity includes indent shipments to other importers in Australia and New Zealand. 

2010

International Ceramics™ looks toward future growth and the expansion of its acceptance in technology to improve its customer and partner services.
